Hello, my name is Dimitry Zhygir. I started my own company, New York Home Inspections (NYHI), with a few different goals. First, I wanted to educate everyone about their homes and design my reports to serve as home manuals. It is also in my nature to locate any imperfections in houses to create complete and honest reports. Second, as an organized person I knew I could create a successful company, treating my team with the utmost respect and appreciation. Third, is to grow my business across NYC and Long Island to become one of the most recognized and trusted names in the industry. Over the last few years I’ve built NYHI a 5 star reputation which is something I’m incredibly proud about!

Hi, my name is Akon Zhen, I'm proud to be a member of the New York Home Inspections team.

I’m a New York State Licensed Home Inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector by
InterNACHI. Being an excellent and trustworthy Inspector is my lifetime goal. I take great pride
in helping homeowners better understand their property.

We find and explain the imperfections, and possible issues in a property. As a professional
inspector I invest my time in continuous education to have the most up to date knowledge of our
